A Space to Slow Down and Figure Things Out

Support for anxiety, grief, relationships, life transitions, and identity exploration, from a therapist who gets it.

Getting Started Together

I work with adults from all backgrounds and walks of life. Whether you're navigating something specific or just know you need support, I'd love to hear from you.

I'm in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, and Tufts Health Plan (commercial plans only, not Tufts Health Direct or ConnectorCare). If you have one of these plans, your session cost will depend on your specific plan's copay, coinsurance, or deductible.

For clients without in-network insurance, or who prefer not to use insurance, private pay is available. I’ll share my rate with you before your first session, and payment is due at the time of service.

Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your therapy will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who are not using insurance, or who are using insurance but not submitting a claim, an estimate of expected charges for services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency services, including psychotherapy.

  • I will give you a Good Faith Estimate in writing before your first session. You can also ask me, or any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions about your estimate, contact me at gabrielle@jonastherapy.com. For more information about your rights, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059.
